Clean Air Rulemaking Update

Citizens in western Colorado are questioning the double standard of the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission, and specifically Commissioner Jim Evans. Evans, who works for Cordilleran Compliance Services, an oil and gas industry consulting firm, voiced his opposition to stronger rules during Sunday's hearing.
