Industry Attacks Efforts to Clean Air in Colorado

With industry lawyer Dennis Arfmann leading the charge, the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry has launched an attack on Rocky Mountain Clean Air Action's efforts to protect communities and children from air pollution. The attack was posted on the Association's website on September 1st and targets Rocky Mountain Clean Air Action's efforts to reduce smog in the Denver metro area and eliminate a long-abused loophole in Colorado's air quality regulations.

It's truly unfortunate that the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry, rather than working together with citizens to help reduce air pollution, is attacking citizen efforts to clean our air. Clean air is a hallmark of responsible business, so it's unfortunate to see the Association take a stand in favor of pollution.
